30 years brandy ,and what we eat and drink

On my last visit to Hokkaido, I met 30-years pomace brandy, Esprit de TOKACHI (Thanks Yamato-san and Wada-san!)

It was very tasty and has a wonderful smell from Hokkaido's soil and great work.

I was really impressed with anecdote that farmers at Ikeda-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido brewed 30 years ago. Good products come from passon and effort of great farmers.

This experience reminded me of respect to good products and people who had made and delivered them to us.
